Your order will be delivered within 5 business days. After your product has been delivered to UPS Cargo, the delivery time varies according to the distances. You can find more detailed information about when your order arrives on my orders page. After your order has been shipped, your shipping tracking number is sent to you by e-mail.

You can send and return the order to us by UPS shipping within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of your order. The return of the products which have lost their originality due to used, unpacked or similar reasons are not accepted. Products, packaging, complete and undamaged delivery should be returned as received.

Orders prior to 14:30 of the products with the phrase "Fast Shipping" will be prepared for shipment on the same day. Since shipping of the product depends on stocks and operational process, Spx does not undertake to deliver all of the products with fast shipping expressions on the same day. In the case of products that are not "fast shipping" in your order, your order will be prepared for shipment under our normal procedure. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays do not have fast shipping.
