Exchange and Return Conditions

  • You can return your purchase within 3 working days from the day it reaches your doorstep.

  • Product(s) exchange service is not available.

  • In case of returning a product(s), you will either receive your money back through bank transfer or as a coupon voucher depending on the payment method used at purchase. You can call our Customer Service line at +971 4 58 67 404 or you can email us at: support@spxme.com .

  • Products to be returned should not have a trace of perfume, lotion, heavy odor or deodorant.

  • Due to some restrictions and some related health reasons, lingerie and swimwear products cannot be returned

  • You can’t open the packaging at the time of delivery in order to look at the products or try it.

  • Your products must be returned in their original packaging, labeled, with all the (accessories, belts, etc.) and unused. Shoes should be shipped with their original boxes and no adhesive material such as (tape, cargo label etc.) should be applied on the box. Shipments not complying with these criteria are not accepted.

  • In case of requesting a refund for a set of products purchased within the campaign, all of the products in the campaign must be returned.

  • You can return the product with any courier company, and the invoice should be included. The delivery fee for the return is paid by the customer.

  • If you receive a defective, wrong, missing item;

  • - You should contact our customer support at: +971 4 58 67 404 , +962 6 200 5040 or at the email address: support@spxme.com within 3 days from receiving the order.

  • - We will send you the Return Authorization Form, and you have to fill the return reason and the required information.

    • If you request to return your order all you have to do is the following:

    • 2. We will send you the Return Authorization Form, and you have to fill the return reason and the required information.

    • 3. Then you have to hand over the items to the courier company along with the Authorization form that contains the required information. They will provide you with an Airway bill for the item, you have to share it with us in order to track your return. ( Please note that the Return Authorization Form expires after 3 days)

    • 4. Once we receive your order in our warehouse the refund process will start.

      Refund Rules:

    • -For credit card orders, the customer will have the choice of getting the money back to the credit card used during the purchase or receiving a voucher for the same amount to be used on www.spxme.com .

    Note: In case of selecting refund the money back to the credit card, refund payment will be made within 3-5 days working days from accepting the return at the warehouse.

    • -For Cash on delivery orders, the customer will receive a voucher for the same amount to be used on www.spxme.com .
